Mazatlan is well known as the Pearl of the Pacific Ocean. Mazatlan has over 750,000 inhabitants and it is located in the north west of Mexico with over 13 miles of white sandy beaches. In Mazatlan you can be transported in typical Pulmonias (Open air cars) that charge a fare amount to be driven all over the port or you just can catch an air conditioned taxi or to take the city buses that start at 5:00 a.m. in the morning and endind the services at 11:00 p.m. thay all charge a fixed amount of money about $ 7.50 pesos with air conditioned.
